These Terms apply to all purchases made through the LitLine website.

  • Latin America (including Mexico, Central America and South America)

3. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase from our store.

4. Products

LitLine offers physical design products including:

  • 3D printed lamps

  • Sculptural lighting objects

  • Limited-run or experimental design pieces

Due to the nature of our production process:

  • Minor variations in colour, texture and finish are to be expected.

  • Each item may differ slightly from product photographs.

  • These variations are part of the handmade and made-to-order production process and are not considered defects.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

An order is only considered accepted once:

  • You receive an order confirmation email.

  • Payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including:

  • Pricing or listing errors.

  • Stock or production issues.

  • Suspected fraudulent activity.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP £) unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

  • We do not store your full payment card details.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to production, shipping or customs processes.

  • Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer once the order has been handed to the delivery carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs authorities.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Please read that policy before placing an order.

9. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

  • Customs duties and import fees are non-refundable.

10. Product Use & Safety

By purchasing our products, you agree that:

  • Products will be used safely and for their intended purpose.

  • Any instructions or guidance supplied with the product will be followed.

  • LitLine is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, modification or improper installation.

11. Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, photographs, text, branding, logos and other content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of LitLine unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce our designs.

  • Manufacture or resell our products.

  • Create derivative works based on LitLine products or designs.

  • Use our photographs, branding or website content without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses or damages.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, modification or improper installation of our products.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, regardless of the customer's location.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
